    This class focuses on gentle exercises to help you gain/maintain fitness at your own pace, you can also do the seated poses of you find it too strenuous. Regular physical activity in later life in important for so many reasons, not only to maintain mobility but also to reduce your risk of falls and increasing energy levels - boosting your mood.

    It is also an opportunity to make new friends or maintain connections socially
