  • Description:
    Hold supported poses (or asana) for 2–4 minutes, enabling you to work deeper into your muscles, connective tissue, and beyond. Release tension, find stillness and ultimately calm your mind and body. Ensure you have adequate clothing, layers to stay warm and comfortable, and prepare for an introspective, restorative and restful practice. Open to all, as the teacher will adapt the class according to your postural alignment and experience.
