    A dynamic practice that synchronises breath with movement, working your strength and flexibility in equal measure. The sequence of postures aim to raise your heart rate, and deepen your breath to create a moving meditation bringing clarity and calm to your mental state. Open to all, as the teacher will adapt the class according to your postural alignment and experience.
