    STANDARD CLASS
    A fun packed 30 minutes designed to tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles. AbsFIT uses various skills and techniques to target the core muscles; including floor routines, full body stretches and fast-paced exercises.

    Beginners are welcome to book this class. Please advise the instructor if this is your first time doing this class and of any medical issues that can affect you whilst perfoming any exercises.
