    STANDARD CLASS
    Aerobic Strength Training is a high energy class based on aerobics with upper and lower body strength training. Get strength and endurance through music.

    Beginners are welcome to book this class. Please advise the instructor if this is your first time doing this class and of any medical issues that can affect you whilst perfoming any exercises.

    Equipment required:
    Due to Covid we do advise all members partcipating to bring their own workout floor mats.
