    STANDARD CLASS
    During this powerful vinyasa flow class, you will breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance. Core Yoga is a heat building practice that allows you to move with your breath while building strength and working on your core.

    Beginners are welcome to book this class. Please advise the instructor if this is your first time doing this class and of any medical issues that can affect you whilst perfoming any exercises.

    We strongly advise all members to bring their own mat. If you wish to use one of the gym's mats, you MUST sanitise the mat before and after use.
