    STANDARD CLASS
    Circuit training is a form of body conditioning, endurance training and resistance training using high-intensity exercises. It targets strength building and stamina. A full body workout.

    Beginners are welcome to book this class. Please advise the instructor if this is your first time doing this class and of any medical issues that can affect you whilst perfoming any exercises.

    We strongly advise all members to bring their own mat. If you wish to use one of the gym's mats, you MUST sanitise the mat before and after use.
