    STANDARD CLASS
    Crossfit uses a vast array of equipment and with our constantly varied class programming you will cover a complete range of movements, energy systems and modalities. You'll improve:

    Flexibility, Balance, Coordination, Strength, Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Accuracy, Power, Agility, Speed.

    Beginners are welcome to book this class. Please advise the instructor if this is your first time doing this class and of any medical issues that can affect you whilst perfoming any exercises.

    We strongly advise all members to bring their own mat. If you wish to use one of the gym's mats, you MUST sanitise the mat before and after use.
