    STANDARD CLASS
    A high energy 30 minute taster, non-contact fitness class. Boxfit incorporates age old boxing techniques and fresh new exercises resulting in an all over body workout that is also an excellent stress buster.

    Beginners are welcome to book this class. Please advise the instructor if this is your first time doing this class and of any medical issues that can affect you whilst perfoming any exercises.
