    STANDARD CLASS
    Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and jump your way to fitness in this ever-popular fun class. The high repetition based routines will put your legs, bottom and stomach through their paces en route to shifting fat in these problem areas.

    Beginners are welcome to book this class. Please advise the instructor if this is your first time doing this class and of any medical issues that can affect you whilst perfoming any exercises.
