    STANDARD CLASS
    Pilates is a series of nonimpact exercises, can help with flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness.

    Beginners are welcome to book this class. Please advise the instructor if this is your first time doing this class and of any medical issues that can affect you whilst perfoming any exercises.

    We strongly advise all members to bring their own mat. If you wish to use one of the gym's mats, you MUST sanitise the mat before and after use.
