    Piloxing workouts are a fusion of boxing and standing Pilates. The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components creates a sense of both physical and mental balance. With graceful movements and powerful punches you will improve your cardiovascular ability, strengthen and lengthen muscles also helps improve balance and posture.

    To start a virtual class, press the 'MyZone logo' on the top right of the tablet on the wall.
    Then press 'Video'
    Displayed will be over 40 classes for you to choose from.
    Select your class by clicking on it's icon and your workout will begin.
