    Spinning is a high intensity cardio workout on indoor bikes led by our Virtual Instructor. These sessions will burn calories and improve your cardiovascular health.

    To start a virtual class, press the 'MyZone logo' on the top right of the tablet on the wall.
    Then press 'Video'

    Before you start your class wheel in a spin bike from outside of the studio.

    Displayed on screen will be over 40 classes for you to choose from.
    Select your class by clicking on it's icon and your workout will begin.

    If you have any trouble doing this then please ask a members of staff at front desk.

    Please remember to wheel the spin bike back out side of the studio.
