    Sprint FIT is a HIIT class that helps build endurance, increase your anaerobic threshold and burn more calories and fat both during and after your workout.

    Beginners are welcome to book this class. Please advise the instructor if this is your first time doing this class and of any medical issues that can affect you whilst perfoming any exercises.
