    STANDARD CLASS (Women only class)**

    The goals of Women on Weights are to assist women in improving their posture, increasing their strength, and losing body fat. You’ll see positive transformation to your body, and you will get stronger.

    Beginners are welcome to book this class. Please advise the instructor if this is your first time doing this class and of any medical issues that can affect you whilst perfoming any exercises.
