    HCORE LEAN takes bodyweight exercises to a whole new level! Get ready to sweat (and have fun!) as you work through a prism of exercises designed to work every muscle you didn't know you had. Exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels so don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone and try something different. Approx class length 45 mins.
